Baroque Mosaic
Ensemble Music Academies of Palestine (EMAP) with the participation of the Galilee Quartet, Bethlehem Strings and Amwaj Choir
Baroque Mosaic. Saturday 21 August 2021. Bethlehem Peace Center. The pieces of the Baroque Mosaic are works by European composers of the 17th and 18th Century. EMAP – devised by Italian cellist Luca Franzetti with his Palestine-based colleagues Michele Cantoni and Omar Saad – is a new initiative aimed at engaging young musicians from throughout Palestine with established and emerging musicians from Palestine and other countries. Its purpose is to promote intercultural exchange programs around professional training and performance opportunities.
